HORRIBLE Bumps everywhere the nails are not straight at all took me 1:30 and people who came after me for the same thing left 30 minutes before me.

Ladies were nice and welcoming but the work was not done properly. Misshapen, crooked nails, bumpy nails, some parts were thicker, other were thinner. It was done in under 45 mins, It felt like the woman was just trying to get rid of me. For the work they did, 65$ is really overpriced, I could’ve paid 50$ at another salon for a much better work. I’m definitely not going back.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, it took 2 hours so that I could sit and I had the worst customer service, the lady complained when I asked her to redo a nail. I got charged 80$ for micro nails with a simple french. I had a tip of 2$ because of the customer service. DON'T GO THERE

HORRIBLE PLACE! I usually go to Ongles Jessica (the best in Quebec)… but I was in La Cite and it was an emergency. They did a horrible job and didn’t even shave off the natural nail that grew underneath. The girl painting my nails kept having to erase it because she couldn’t do it properly. My ten year old cousin could paint nails better. I STRONGLY advise everyone to NOT go to the salon. Worst experience

Way too pricy for absolutely nothing, making you feel like you’re a number and that you gotta get out fast. Wouldn’t recommend at all what so ever ! Big NoNo
